Potato Wedges

The ultimate comfort food, potato wedges are like a hug for the belly. This recipe is very easy and only requires four ingredients! Serve them with dinner or make them the night before for a salad the next day!

Potato Wedges

Tasty salt-free potato wedges, perfect with sugar snap peas and siraicha sauce.


  • 15 baby potatoes
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • Extra virgin olive oil


Wash and cut the baby potatoes in half and put them in a bowl

Cover them in a mixture of soy sauce, smoked paprika and a splash of extra virgin olive oil

Stick them in the oven at 180 degrees (fan-assisted) for 30 minutes

When they’re brown around the edges they should be done!
