Irish Michelin chefs Gavin Cassidy and Eoin Lennon are selling vegan-friendly gravy.
What sets Porter & Nash apart from the rest is that they’re made with kombu seaweed, a natural product with an “umami” flavour.

According to Vegconomist, the duo has received approval for EI competitive start funding after an initial €55,000 investent for the startup.
The gluten-free products come in three flavours so far; Roasted Garlic and Thyme Gravy, Roasted Veg Sauce, and Caramelised Onion and Balsamic Sauce.
